PROLOG

6 This manual page is part of the POSIX Programmer's Manual. The Linux
7 implementation of this interface may differ (consult the corresponding

NAME

12 sched_rr_get_interval - get execution time limits (REALTIME)
13

SYNOPSIS

15 #include <sched.h>
16
17       int sched_rr_get_interval(pid_t pid, struct timespec *interval);
18
19

DESCRIPTION

21 The sched_rr_get_interval() function shall update the timespec struc‐
22 ture referenced by the interval argument to contain the current execu‐
23 tion time limit (that is, time quantum) for the process specified by
24 pid. If pid is zero, the current execution time limit for the calling
25 process shall be returned.
26

RETURN VALUE

28 If successful, the sched_rr_get_interval() function shall return zero.
29 Otherwise, it shall return a value of -1 and set errno to indicate the
30 error.
31

ERRORS

33 The sched_rr_get_interval() function shall fail if:
34
35 ESRCH No process can be found corresponding to that specified by pid.
