DESCRIPTION

24       This function will add the given key  ID,  to  the  specified,  by  the
25       index,  bag element. The key ID will be encoded as a 'Local key identi‐
26       fier' bag attribute, which is usually used  to  distinguish  the  local
27       private key and the certificate pair.

RETURNS

30       On  success,  GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS  (0)  is  returned, otherwise a negative
31       error value. or a negative error code on error.
