21                   The  DER-encoded  extension  data;  must  be  freed   using
22                   gnutls_free().

DESCRIPTION

25       This  function  will  convert  the  parameters provided to a basic con‐
26       straints DER encoded extension (2.5.29.19).   The   ext  data  will  be
27       allocated using gnutls_malloc().

RETURNS

30       On  success,  GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS  (0)  is  returned, otherwise a negative
31       error value.
