NAME

6       dn2rdn - Directory Server script to check for outdated index versions

SYNOPSIS

9       dn2rdn [-Z serverID] [-h] [-f] [-v] [-d debuglevel]

DESCRIPTION

12       Checks the database index version, and if it's in a old format, then it
13       will rebuild the indexes.  The server  instance  needs  to  be  stopped
14       prior to running this script.

OPTIONS

17       A summary of options is included below:

19       -Z Server Identifier
20              The  server  ID  of  the Directory Server instance.  If there is
21              only one instance on the system, this option can be skipped.

23       -d Debug Level
24              Sets the debugging level.

27              Force the upgrade.

29       -v
30              Display the version of the Directory Server.

33              Display the usage.

DIAGNOSTICS

41       Exit status is zero if no errors occur.  Errors result  in  a  non-zero
42       exit status and a diagnostic message being written to standard error.
