DESCRIPTION

25       This function will export the certificate  request  to  a  PEM  or  DER
26       encoded PKCS10 structure.

28       The output buffer is allocated using gnutls_malloc().

30       If  the  structure  is PEM encoded, it will have a header of "BEGIN NEW
31       CERTIFICATE REQUEST".
