DESCRIPTION

21       The functionality described on this reference page is aligned with  the
22       ISO C  standard.  Any  conflict between the requirements described here
23       and the ISO C standard is unintentional. This  volume  of  POSIX.1‐2008
24       defers to the ISO C standard.

26       The  memcpy() function shall copy n bytes from the object pointed to by
27       s2 into the object pointed to by s1.  If copying  takes  place  between
28       objects that overlap, the behavior is undefined.

RETURN VALUE

31       The  memcpy()  function shall return s1; no return value is reserved to
32       indicate an error.
