DESCRIPTION

15       rfio_close  closes  the  file whose descriptor s is the one returned by
16       rfio_open.

RETURN VALUE

19       This routine returns 0 if successful, -1 if the  operation  failed  and
20       serrno is set appropriately.

23       EBADF        s is not a valid file descriptor.
