DESCRIPTION

13       Databases that do not support prepared statements should use this func‐
14       tion in the incexecp field of their DB.DBHandle (3kaya)
15        It  will  throw  the  Builtins.Not_Implemented  (3kaya)  Exception  if
16       called.
