DESCRIPTION

14       The function post_menu displays a menu to its associated subwindow.  To
15       trigger physical display of the subwindow, use refresh or some  equiva‐
16       lent curses routine (the implicit doupdate triggered by an curses input
17       request will do). post_menu resets the selection status of all items.

19       The function unpost_menu erases menu from its associated subwindow.

RETURN VALUE

22       These routines return one of the following:

24       E_OK The routine succeeded.

26       E_SYSTEM_ERROR
27            System error occurred (see errno).

29       E_BAD_ARGUMENT
30            Routine detected an incorrect or out-of-range argument.

33            The menu has already been posted.

36            Routine was called from an initialization or termination function.

39            Menu is too large for its  window.  You  should  consider  to  use
40            set_menu_format() to solve the problem.
