DESCRIPTION

12       This command uses gpg to sign the dir/index file.

14       This  is  a  low-level command, that is run by higher-level commands in
15       jetring. Any jetring command that  modifies  a  jetring  directory  and
16       needs  to add a changeset to its index file, will run jetring-signindex
17       at the end, if the index file was previously signed, or if JETRING_SIGN
18       is set.

20       So nornally, you don't need to call this command by hand, though it can
21       be useful when first creating a changeset directory, to force the index
22       file to get signed.
