14       [1mlfc‐mkdir  [22mcreates the specified LFC directories in
15the name server.

17       This  requires  write permission in the parent  directory.
18The owner ID
19       and  group ID of the new directories are set  to  the  re‐
20questor’s  real
21       user ID and group ID, respectively.

23       [4mpath[24m     specifies    the    LFC   pathname.     If
24[4mpath[24m does not start with [1m/[22m, it
25              is  prefixed  by  the  content  of  the [1mLFC_HOME
