DESCRIPTION

12       sipdialer  attempts  to  contact the phone described in ~/.sipdial/sip‐
13       dial.cfg, sending a SIP REFER message to the phone, instructing  it  to
14       dial  the  remote  party  specified by the URI parameter on the command
15       line.  sipdialer is typically registered in the gconf  database  or  in
16       the  web browser configuration so that it will be invoked when the user
17       clicks a sip:, sips: or tel: URI.
