DESCRIPTION

28       With this function you are allowed to override the default mutex  locks
29       used  in  some  parts  of gnutls and dependent libraries. This function
30       should be used if  you  have  complete  control  of  your  program  and
31       libraries.   Do  not  call  this function from a library, or preferably
32       from any application unless really  needed  to.  GnuTLS  will  use  the
33       appropriate locks for the running system.

35       Note  that  since  the  move  to  implicit  initialization of GnuTLS on
36       library load, calling this function will deinitialize the library,  and
37       re-initialize it after the new locking functions are set.

39       This function must be called prior to any other gnutls function.
