13   DESCRIPTION
14       Geometry objects are reference counted.  The rtcRetainGeometry function
15       increments the reference count of the passed geometry object  (geometry
16       argument).   This  function  together with rtcReleaseGeometry allows to
17       use the internal reference counting in a C++ wrapper  class  to  handle
18       the ownership of the object.

21       On  failure  an  error  code is set that can be queried using rtcGetDe‐
22       viceError.
