OVERVIEW

13       This is a subclass of Dist::Zilla::MVP::Assembler used when assembling
14       the global configuration.  It has a "stash_registry" attribute, a
15       hashref, into which stashes will be registered.

17       They get registered via the "register_stash" method, below, generally
18       called by the "register_component" method on
19       Dist::Zilla::Role::Stash-performing class.
