DESCRIPTION

15       fc-match matches pattern (empty pattern by default)  using  the  normal
16       fontconfig matching rules to find the best font available. If --sort is
17       given, the sorted list of best matching fonts is displayed.  The  --all
18       option  works like --sort except that no pruning is done on the list of
19       fonts.

21       If any elements are specified, only those are printed.  Otherwise short
22       file  name,  family,  and  style  are printed, unless verbose output is
23       requested.

OPTIONS

26       This program follows the usual  GNU  command  line  syntax,  with  long
27       options  starting  with  two  dashes  (`-').  A  summary  of options is
28       included below.

30       -a     Displays sorted list of best matching fonts, but do not  do  any

33       -s     Displays sorted list of best matching fonts.

35       -v     Print  verbose  output of the whole font pattern for each match,
