9       wavbreaker [filename.wav]

DESCRIPTION

12       wavbreaker  is  a  graphical  tool  to  split  wave files into multiple
13       chunks.  You can start wavbreaker without any command line arguments or
14       specify the filename of a single wave file, which will the be loaded on
15       startup.
