DESCRIPTION

33       This function will set an the extension, by the specified OID,  in  the
34       certificate  request.   The  extension  data  should be binary data DER
35       encoded.

38       On success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0)  is  returned,  otherwise  a  negative
39       error value.
