16       Remove a single document as part of a bulk operation. This only  queues
17       the operation. To execute it, call mongoc_bulk_operation_execute().

20       · bulk: A mongoc_bulk_operation_t.

22       · selector: A bson_t that selects which document to remove.

24       · error: An optional location for a bson_error_t or NULL.

26       opts may be NULL or a BSON document with additional command options:

28       · collation:  Configure  textual  comparisons.  See  Setting  Collation
29         Order, and the MongoDB Manual entry on Collation. Collation  requires
30         MongoDB 3.2 or later, otherwise an error is returned.
