DESCRIPTION

17       TXALH       (Integer,  Input)  - Determines the horizontal alignment of
18                   the text to be drawn. Options are:

28       TXALV       (Integer, Input) - Determines the vertical alignment of the
29                   text to be drawn. Options are:

USAGE

44       Text alignment is used to position the text extent rectangle.  The text
45       extent rectangle rotates about the point determined by  the  horizontal
46       and vertical text alignment settings (TXALH, TXALV).
