NAME

6 VVSETR - Sets the value of a Vectors parameter of type REAL.
7

SYNOPSIS

9 CALL VVSETR (CNM,RVL)
10

C-BINDING SYNOPSIS

12 #include <ncarg/ncargC.h>
13
14 void c_vvsetr(char *cnm, float rvl)
15

DESCRIPTION

17 CNM (CHARACTER, input) is the name of a parameter to be given a
18 real value. Only the first three characters of CNM are
19 examined. The three characters may either be entirely upper
20 or entirely lower case; mixed case is not recognized. It
21 is recommended that the rest of the character string be
22 used to improve the readability of the code. For example,
23 instead of ´VFR´, use ´VFR - Minimum Vector Fractional
24 Length´.
25
26 RVL (REAL, input) is an expression, the value of which is to be
27 given to the parameter specified by CNM.
28

C-BINDING DESCRIPTION

30 The C-binding argument descriptions are the same as the FORTRAN
31 argument descriptions.
32

USAGE

34 This routine allows you to set the current value of Vectors parameters
35 of type REAL. For a complete list of parameters available in this
36 utility, see the vectors_params man page.
37

EXAMPLES

39 Use the ncargex command to see the following relevant examples: bnchmk,
40 fcover, ffex00, ffex02, ffex05, stex02, stex03, vvex01, vvex02.
41

ACCESS

43 To use VVSETR or c_vvsetr, load the NCAR Graphics libraries ncarg,
44 ncarg_gks, and ncarg_c, preferably in that order.
45

MESSAGES

47 See the vectors man page for a description of all Vectors error
48 messages and/or informational messages.
