NAME

6       grub-set-default — Set the default boot menu entry for GRUB.

SYNOPSIS

10       grub-set-default [--boot-directory=DIR] MENU_ENTRY

DESCRIPTION

14       grub-set-default  sets  the  default boot menu entry for all subsequent
15       boots.  This command only works for GRUB  configuration  files  created
16       with GRUB_DEFAULT=saved in /etc/default/grub.

OPTIONS

20       --boot-directory=DIR
21              Find  GRUB  images  under DIR/grub.  The default value is /boot,
22              resulting in grub images being search for at /boot/grub.

25       MENU_ENTRY
26              A number, a menu item title or a menu item identifier.
