DESCRIPTION

16       When testing plugins it can be useful to load them multiple times with
17       different arguments. Doing this with "use Test::Stream ..." isn't
18       helpful as the "use" statement makes it happen at BEGIN time. This
19       module provides a run-time function you can use to load a plugin. The
20       syntax is identical to the use statements, this is because it uses the
21       same mechanism under the hood.
