DESCRIPTION

12       addpart tells the Linux kernel about the existence of the specified
13       partition. The command is a simple wrapper around the "add partition"
14       ioctl.

16       This command doesn’t manipulate partitions on a block device.

PARAMETERS

20           The disk device.

23           The partition number.

26           The beginning of the partition (in 512-byte sectors).
