DESCRIPTION

16     Use the xo_error() function to generate error messages to standard error.
17     The fmt argument is a string containing printf-style formatting instruc‐
18     tions that describe the remaining arguments.

20     When converting an application to libxo, one can replace
21     fprintf(stderr,...) calls with xo_error() calls.
