DESCRIPTION

10     The pom utility displays the current phase of the moon.  Useful for
11     selecting software completion target dates and predicting managerial
12     behavior.

14     [[[[[cc]yy]mm]dd]HH]  Display the phase of the moon for a given time.
15                           The format is similar to the canonical representa‐
16                           tion used by date(1).
