6       newer - compare file modification times

SYNOPSIS

9       newer [option] file1 file2

DESCRIPTION

12       Exit  successfully  if  file1 exists and is not older than file2.  Also
13       exit successfully if file2 doesn't exist.

OPTIONS

16       newer accepts the following options:

18       --help Print help message and exit.
