DESCRIPTION

16       dlmgmtd  is a system daemon that handles administrative events for net‐
17       work datalink interfaces. It is controlled through the service  manage‐
18       ment facility (SMF) service instance:

25       The  daemon  should  not be invoked directly. It does not constitute an
26       administrative nor a programming interface. The  administrative  inter‐
27       face for managing datalinks is dladm(1M).
