DESCRIPTION

19       The mlib_VideoDeQuantizeIDCT8x8_S16_S16_B12_NA()  function  dequantizes
20       the  quantized DCT coefficients and then computes the inverse DCT. It's
21       a       combination       of       mlib_VideoDeQuantize_S16()       and
22       mlib_VideoIDCT8x8_S16_S16_B12_NA()  for  better performance. The output
23       of this function should be within the range of [-2048, 2047] if  coeffs
24       is    obtained    from    the    corresponding    mlib_VideoDCT8x8Quan‐
25       tize_S16_S16_B12_NA() function.

31       This function can be used in JPEG with 12-bit precision, or in MPEG for
