6 shells - shell database

9 The shells file contains a list of the shells on the system. For each
10 shell a single line should be present, consisting of the shell's path,
11 relative to root.

13 A hash mark (``#'') indicates the beginning of a comment; subsequent
14 characters up to the end of the line are not interpreted by the rou‐
15 tines which search the file. Blank lines are also ignored.
