23                   non-negative  values  indicate  maximum length of path, and
24                   negative values indicate that the pathLenConstraints  field

DESCRIPTION

28       This function will set the basicConstraints certificate extension.

31       On  success,  GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS  is returned, otherwise a negative error
