DESCRIPTION

9       Texinfo  is  a  documentation  system that uses a single source file to
10       produce both online information and printed output.   It  is  primarily
11       designed for writing software manuals.

13       For  a  full  description of the Texinfo language and associated tools,
14       please see the  Texinfo  manual  (written  in  Texinfo  itself).   Most
15       likely, running this command from your shell:
16       info texinfo
17       or this key sequence from inside Emacs:
18       M-x info RET m texinfo RET
19       will get you there.
