6       lprm - cancel print jobs

SYNOPSIS

9       lprm  [  -E  ]  [  -U  username  ]  [  -h server[:port] ] [ -P destina‐
10       tion[/instance] ] [ - ] [ job ID(s) ]

DESCRIPTION

13       lprm cancels print jobs that have been  queued  for  printing.   If  no
14       arguments  are  supplied, the current job on the default destination is
15       cancelled. You can specify one or more job ID numbers to  cancel  those
16       jobs or use the - option to cancel all jobs.

OPTIONS

19       The lprm command supports the following options:

21       -E
22            Forces encryption when connecting to the server.

24       -P destination[/instance]
25            Specifies the destination printer or class.

27       -U username
28            Specifies an alternate username.

30       -h server[:port]
31            Specifies an alternate server.

COMPATIBILITY

34       The  CUPS version of lprm is compatible with the standard Berkeley lprm
35       command.
