517 In writing out dates in common forms, there are a number of words
518 that are typically not important.
519 There is frequently a word that appears in a phrase to designate
521 that a time is going to be specified next. In English, you would
522 use the word AT in the example:

553 There are some words that can be used to specify a date, a time, or

557 'yesterday' or 'tomorrow'. These are specified as a delta which is

559 however, so the delta is only partially used (it should only
560 include year, month, week, and day fields).

568 Words that set only the time of day are similar to the English
570 words 'noon' or 'midnight'.

588 When specifying the time of day, the most common separator is a
589 colon (:) which can be used for both separators.
590 Some languages use different pairs. For example, French allows you
592 to specify the time as 13h30:20, so it would use the following

597 The first column is the hour-minute separator and the second column
599 is the minute-second separator. Both are perl regular expressions.
