13       Class for DNS Service (URI) resource records.

16       The available methods are those inherited from the base class augmented
17       by the type-specific methods defined in this package.

20       structures is discouraged and could result in program termination or
21       other unpredictable behaviour.

27       The priority of the target URI in this RR.  The range of this number is
28       0-65535.  A client MUST attempt to contact the URI with the lowest-
29       numbered priority it can reach; weighted selection being used to
30       distribute load across targets with equal priority.

36       A server selection mechanism. The weight field specifies a relative
37       weight for entries with the same priority.  Larger weights SHOULD be
