13       Perl is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under

22       This is "The Artistic License".  It's here so that modules, programs,

The "Artistic License"

30       The intent of this document is to state the conditions under which a
31       Package may be copied, such that the Copyright Holder maintains some
32       semblance of artistic control over the development of the package,
