NAME

6 wmemcmp - compare two arrays of wide-characters
7

SYNOPSIS

9 #include <wchar.h>
10
11       int wmemcmp(const wchar_t *s1, const wchar_t *s2, size_t n);
12

DESCRIPTION

14 The wmemcmp() function is the wide-character equivalent of the mem‐
15 cmp(3) function. It compares the n wide-characters starting at s1 and
16 the n wide-characters starting at s2.
17

RETURN VALUE

19 The wmemcmp() function returns zero if the wide-character arrays of
20 size n at s1 and s2 are equal. It returns an integer greater than zero
21 if at the first differing position i (i < n), the corresponding wide-
22 character s1[i] is greater than s2[i]. It returns an integer less than
23 zero if at the first differing position i (i < n), the corresponding
24 wide-character s1[i] is less than s2[i].
25

CONFORMING TO

27 C99.
