PURPOSE

19          ZLA_WWADDW adds a vector W into a doubled-single vector (X, Y).
20          This works for all extant IBM's hex and binary floating point
21          arithmetics, but not for decimal.

24       N      (input) INTEGER
25              The length of vectors X, Y, and W.  X, Y    (input/output)  COM‐
26              PLEX*16 array, length N The doubled-single accumulation vector.
