DESCRIPTION

23       Get  the PSKC KeyPackage Key AlgorithmParameters ChallengeFormat Check‐
24       Digits value.  This attribute indicates whether a device needs to check
25       the appended Luhn check digit, as defined in [ISOIEC7812], contained in
26       a challenge.  This is only valid if the 'Encoding' attribute is set  to
27       'DECIMAL'.   A  value  of TRUE indicates that the device will check the
28       appended Luhn check digit in a provided challenge.  A  value  of  FALSE
29       indicates  that the device will not check the appended Luhn check digit
30       in the challenge.

32       If present is non-NULL, it will be 0 if the field is not present  or  1
33       if it was present.

RETURNS

36       1 to indicate a CheckDigits value of true, or 0 to indicate false.
