NAME

6       dnf.plugin.snapper - DNF snapper Plugin

8       Creates a pair of snapshots of root filesystem. One snapshot is created
9       just before the transaction run (Pre). This means  after  a  successful
10       transaction check and successful transaction test. And another snapshot
11       is created when the transaction has finished (Post).  The user  is  not
12       supposed to interact with the plugin in any way.

14       WARNING:
15          There  is  no mechanism to ensure data consistency during creating a
16          snapshot. Files which are written at the same time  as  snapshot  is
17          created  (eg.  database files) can be corrupted or partially written
18          in snapshot. Restoring such files  will  cause  problems.  Moreover,
19          some  system  files  must  never be restored. Recommended is to only
20          restore files that belong to the action you want to revert.
