24       Errors are propagated via the error parameter.

RETURNS

27       A  newly  allocated  mongoc_matcher_t  that  should  be freed with mon‐
28       goc_matcher_destroy() when no longer in  use.  Upon  failure,  NULL  is
29       returned  and  error  is  set.  This  could happen if query contains an
30       invalid query specification.
