DESCRIPTION

15       rbd-nbd is a client for RADOS block device (rbd) images like rbd kernel
16       module.  It will map a rbd  image  to  a  nbd  (Network  Block  Device)
17       device, allowing access it as regular local block device.

OPTIONS

20       -c ceph.conf
21              Use   ceph.conf   configuration  file  instead  of  the  default
22              /etc/ceph/ceph.conf  to  determine  monitor   addresses   during
23              startup.

26              Map read-only.

28       --nbds_max *limit*
29              Override  the parameter of NBD kernel module when modprobe, used
30              to limit the count of nbd device.

33              Override for module param nbds_max.

36              Forbid writes by other clients.

39              Override device timeout. Linux kernel will default to a 30  sec‐

48       The default for pool-name is "rbd".  If an image name contains a  slash
49       character ('/'), pool-name is required.
