DESCRIPTION

17       X           (Real, Input) - An X coordinate (specified in world coordi‐
18                   nates) of a point that specifies the center of the  compos‐
19                   ite  label  that consists of the city name in the character
20                   variable CITY and the temperature ranges in  the  character
21                   variable TEMPS.  The city name is plotted above the temper‐
22                   atures.

24       Y           (Real, Input) - A Y coordinate (specified in world  coordi‐
25                   nates)  of a point that specifies the center of the compos‐
26                   ite label that consists of the city name in  the  character
27                   variable  CITY  and the temperature ranges in the character

32                   name of the city being plotted.

USAGE

39       Set the values for the appropriate internal parameters  before  calling
40       WMLABC to produce the desired label.  The internal parameters that con‐
41       trol the appearance of the labels are: CBC, CHT, CMG, RFC.  To mark the
42       cities' position with a dot, see the documentation for WMLABS.

ACCESS

45       To  use  WMLABC  or  c_wmlabc,  load the NCAR Graphics libraries ncarg,
46       ncarg_gks, and ncarg_c, preferably in that order.
