6       user-dirs.defaults - default settings for XDG user dirs

DESCRIPTION

9       The /etc/xdg/user-dirs.defaults file is a text file that contains the
10       default values for the XDG user dirs which are used by the
11       xdg-user-dirs-update command.

17       The following names are recognised:
18           DESKTOP
19           DOWNLOAD
20           TEMPLATES
21           PUBLICSHARE
22           DOCUMENTS
23           MUSIC
24           PICTURES
25           VIDEOS

27       The values are relative pathnames from the home directory and will be
28       translated on a per-path-element basis into the users locale.

30       Lines beginning with a # character are ignored.

34           The user-dirs.defaults file is located in this directory. The
35           default is /etc/xdg.
