15 The edac-ctl program is a perl(1) script which performs some useful
16 administration tasks for EDAC (Error Detection and Correction) drivers.

20 --help Display a brief usage message.

23 Print mainboard vendor and model for this hardware, if availā
24 able. This option requires that the dmidecode(8) utility be
25 installed, and must be run as root.

28 Print the status of EDAC drivers (loaded or unloaded).

30 --register-labels
31 Register motherboard DIMM labels into EDAC driver sysfs files.
32 This option uses the detected mainboard manufacturer and model
33 number in combination with a "labels database" found in any of
34 the files under /etc/edac/labels.d/* or in the labels.db file at
35 /etc/edac/labels.db. An entry for the current hardware must
36 exist in the labels database for this option to do anything.

38 --print-labels
39 Display the configured labels for the current hardware, as well
40 as the current labels registered with EDAC.
