DESCRIPTION

21       The freelocale() function shall cause the  resources  allocated  for  a
22       locale  object  returned  by  a  call to the newlocale() or duplocale()
23       functions to be released.

26       object LC_GLOBAL_LOCALE or is not a valid locale object handle.
