DESCRIPTION

20       The packet pointed to by skb is filtered by the function
21       ipmib_filter_key. If the packet passes the filter is is counted in the
22       global InUnknownProtos (equivalent to SNMP's MIB
23       IPSTATS_MIB_INUNKNOWNPROTOS)
