NAME

6       ambackup - back up all disks in an Amanda configuration

SYNOPSIS

9       ambackup [-o configoption...] [--config config] [--verbose] CMD
10                [diskname...]

DESCRIPTION

13       Ambackup connect to the ambackupd service on an amanda server.

15       Ambackup initiate backup on the client. There are three commands (CMD):

17       list
18           list all diskname that can be dumped.

20       check
21           Check the configuration of the client and disk.

23       backup
24           Start a backup of the specified diskname, or all diskname if none
25           are specified.
