DESCRIPTION

12       fcal is one of suite of command line tools designed to aid frequency
13       measurement. These tools are aimed at those taking part in the ARRL
14       FMT, but are also useful for general frequency measurement and
15       calibration. They are included within the WSJT-X package for use with
16       the FreqCal mode of WSJT-X.

18       The input FILE is normally the output of the fmtavg(1) tool, after
19       adjusting to remove bad sources.
