NAME

6 humount - remove an HFS volume from the list of known volumes
7

SYNOPSIS

9 humount [volume-name-or-path]
10

DESCRIPTION

12 humount is used to forget about an HFS volume previously mounted with
13 hmount. Either the volume's name or the UNIX path to the volume may be
14 used to specify the volume. If no name or path is given, the current
15 volume is assumed.
16

NOTES

18 It is not strictly necessary to use this command. It does not affect
19 any physical volumes; it only updates the file named .hcwd in the
20 user's home directory used to keep track of the currently known HFS
21 volumes.
